Approach

From the kiosk side walk into Bad Kloof, crossing the bridge. Go right, passing in front of the little white house and cross a small wooden bridge. Follow the path on the left side of the river for a while and then scramble up over some slabs. Continue on the path until the Penthouse is above you on the left.  Scramble up to the base. Approach from behind and traverse around to the front.
