Approach: Use the separate approaches described from Africa Ledge, or use the first two pitches of Ruminating Crag to gain Upper Africa Ledge.
Descent: From the last grassy ledge below the top:
1. Use an easy scramble crack/chimney to the top and descend via Fountain Ravine. Or:
2. Walk right towards the cable station- about ten meters past a huge block which stands away from the main wall. (It has a large roof connecting it with the main wall.) There will be large flat slabs on the ledge. In the direction of the Cable Station there is a short gully. Step down into this (bushy). To your left(facing out), under a climber's friend bush are the first abseil anchors. The second set will be found 45m lower and slightly to the right, just above a small overhang. These will take you to the Upper Africa Ledge. The third and last anchors are straight out from your touch down point- on a large boulder.
