About 25m left of the tea-cave a layback crack runs diagonally rightwards up the right-hand side of a brown, recessed face. The crack is capped by a small overhang.
P1 – 25m, 5a: Climb the crack for 3m to just below the overhang. Swing right and pull up into a narrow ledge. Above is a vertical crack with grass tufts hanging out of it. The original line wandered off right but it is more pleasant to climb the crack to the vegetated band above. Cross the vegetated band to the base of a pronounced recess 20m left of the gendarme.
P2 - 20m, 5a: Start in the corner and layback up a crack for 5m. Step left onto a small ledge. Continue up the crack, past and old piton, to a small overhang. Step right and continue up to a ledge.
P3 - 20m, 5a: Climb the crack in the recess for 3m to a roof. Step right into a chimney that closes over above. Climb the chimney until able to step back left, onto the face and up to the ledge above. The stance is on a rock platform 3m higher up on the left. Follow the line of least resistance to the top.
